The KMP & COVID-19 Experience  

Our salon has continue to follow the CDC Guidelines since we've reopened on June 9, 2020. KMP NAILS will continue to maintain our daily practices of cleanliness and care for both our team members and guests. With the increase awareness of the spread of COVID-19, we will continue to do everything we can ensure that our salon is sanitized and all protocol for social distancing remains in effect.



The Covid-19 Commitment 


  • Wait Patiently! Please wait outside in your car until a team member assists you. If there are multiple guests waiting to enter, please maintain social distance (Please leave personal items at home or in your car only bringing necessary items into the salon).

  • The First Stop: Upon entry every guest must stop at the sanitation station before check in. Hand sanitizer and alcohol readily available for your use throughout salon. Only guests with reservations will be permitted inside the salon. 

  • Temperature Check: Upon entry, all guests will have their temperature taken and recorded before the start of service. (Persons with temperature reading of 100.4°F or higher will not be serviced.)

  • Your Hands: Required to wash your hands before the beginning your services.

  • No Mask, No Entry: All persons inside the salon are required to wear a mask.

  • We can Eye to Eye: Separation shields have been placed at all manicure tables.

  • Daily Cleaning: Cleaning and disinfecting of surfaces especially high traffic areas will continue throughout the day and after every guest.

  • Pedi-CURE Comfort: Pedicure bowl liners and seat covers will be used with every service.

For team members & guest safety and health, we are mandating everyone to follow these same guidelines.  Not feeling well? If you are traveling by plane, awaiting COVID-19 test results, experiencing any signs of illness, have been exposed to COVID-19, or are experiencing a fever, cough, or trouble breathing, please stay home and reschedule your appointment for at least 14 days later to ensure you are symptom-free.We ask kindly to show us (PCR) LAB-Test that is stated NEGATIVE before rebooking your appointment. Email us the test to We will not accept any further appointments until your results are confirmed NEGATIVE.


In the event that you need to cancel or modify a reservation, we kindly ask that you do so at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time (without cancellation penalty). 100% of your service fee applies for rescheduling or modifications on the day of service. Cancellations or modifications are accepted email or by phone.  A $30 cancellation fee applies to all guest rescheduled within the 24hr window. 100% Service fee applies for all no-show reservations. Follow our salon policy to cancel your appointment IMMEDIATELY
